Water based paints are a type of paint that are specially manufactured so that they can be thinned with water itself instead of turpentine. These paints can be easily cleaned with water. Water based paints are used in a similar way as oil paints are used but it is comparatively much easier to remove water based paints from brushes and palettes while its still wet.

Water based paints have an advantage that they do not generate any cleanup solvents which decreases the HW generation. There is no need to use any harmful solvents while using these paints which lessens the emission of Volatile Organic Compounds (Voc).

Water based paints are gaining immense popularity with the public's efforts to avoid using paints that involve harmful solvents and dangerous chemicals in its application and cleanup. These paints have a less potent odor and take less time to dry. They dont become brittle over time and require less ventilation that other oil based paints. Water based paints are also known to have more elasticity than oil based paints.

Water based paints use water as the medium which carries the colour pigment to the surface that is being painted. By the time the paint dries, the solvent evaporates completely. These paints have very little risks for humans and animals around because the only thing that evaporates and enters the air is hydrogen and oxygen. However in the case of solvent-based paints, solvents like epoxy, release harmful organic chemicals in the air while drying which is harmful to humans and animals, especially children.

Also, water based emulsion paints and water based latex paints are very flexible. These paints dry quickly in not more than six hours. These paints are less likely to mildew because its base is water. The oils that are used in the oil-based paints feed mildew and encourage its development.

The biggest advantage that water based paints have over any other type of paint is its price. It is cheaper than almost all other types of paints. These paints are eco-friendly in nature. Also, if water based paints dry before they can be used, they can be simply diluted by adding water and a simple additive which will help to reuse it. Also, the colour retention of these paints is better than that of oil-based paints. Oil based paints fade and chalks with time, whereas water based paints retain a better colour throughout.

There are advantages and disadvantages with night vision devices. I will go through both of these area and will lean towards more advantages than disadvantages. Just having the ability to see in the dark is the biggest advantage point of all. When you read on you will see that night visions main purpose was for the military so I will spend most of my time in this area.

The engineers and scientists at the US Armys Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Night Vision & Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) have discovered ways to capture available electro-magnetic radiation outside that portion of the spectrum visible to the human eye and have developed equipment to enable the American soldier to fight as well at night as during the day and to "Own the Night". Night vision devices provide night fighters with the ability to see, maneuver and shoot at night or during periods of reduced visibility. The Army used two different types of Night vision devices image intensifiers and thermals. Image-Intensifying Devices are based upon light amplification and must have some light available. These devices can amplify the available light from 2,000 to 5,000 times. Thermal Forward-Looking Infrared (FLIR) detectors sometimes called "sensors" work by sensing the temperature difference between an object and its environment. FLIR systems are installed on certain combat vehicles and helicopters.

Night Vision Goggles are electro-optical devices that intensify (or amplify) existing light instead of relying on a light source of their own. Image intensifiers capture ambient light and amplify it thousands of times by electronic means to display the battlefield to a soldier via a phosphor display such as night vision goggles. This ambient light comes from the stars, moon or sky glow from distant manmade sources, such as cities. The devices are sensitive to a broad spectrum of light, from visible to infrared (invisible). Users do not look through Night Vision Goggles, you look at the the amplified electronic image on a phosphor screen.
Light enters the Night Vision Goggles through an objective lens and strikes a photo cathode powered by a high energy charge from the power supply. The energy charge accelerates across a vacuum inside the intensifier and strikes a phosphor screen where the image is focused. The eyepiece magnifies the image.

A soldier can conduct his combat missions without any active illumination sources using only image intensifiers. The main advantages of image intensifiers as night vision devices are their small size, light weight, low power requirements and low cost. These attributes have enabled image intensifier goggles for head-worn, individual soldier applications and resulted in hundreds of thousands of night vision goggles to be procured by the US Army. Research and development continues today on image intensifiers in the areas of longer wavelength spectral response, higher sensitivity, larger fields of view and increased resolution.

The view through Night vision devices can be a lot like looking down a tunnel. Your normal field of view is almost 190 degrees but that is cut down to 40 degrees with Night vision devices. That side -- or "peripheral" -- vision youre accustomed to, and from which you often see dangers, is just not there. To adjust for that you must constantly turn your head to scan for the dangers on either side of you that you cant see in your narrow field of view. Normally you use both eyes (binocular vision) to pick up cues to help estimate the distance and depth of an abject. However, with Night vision devices you are essentially using one eye (monocular) vision, which can pose real problems. For example, when you are wearing NVDs and you view two objects of different sizes that are side-by-side, the larger object appears to be nearer. When you view overlapping objects through a Night vision device, the one that is in front "appears" to be nearer maybe much more so than is true. In addition, some objects viewed through Night Vision Goggles may appear to be farther away than they actually are. The reason for that is that we tend to associate the loss of detail sharpness with distance. On the other hand, a light source that is not part of a terrain feature may look closer than it actually is. Its important to be aware of these potential problems and that Night Vision Goggle users tend to overestimate distance and underestimate depth .

Your eye needs time to adjust from day to night vision. Thats why you can barely see when you first enter a dark movie theater during the daytime your eyes need time to adjust to the darkness. So it is with Night Vision Goggles. You are basically getting a dim-day view, so when you remove your Night Vision Goggles, your eyes need time to adapt to the darkness. The amount of time you need depends on how long you have been wearing the Night Vision Goggles. Most people achieve about a 75 percent dark-adaptation within 30 seconds of removing the goggles. This is especially important to keep in mind if you are using your Night Vision Goggles as binoculars basically lifting them to your eyes and then lowering them.

A New Age for Humanity Luminous v. 1.0

Imagine if our planet didnt have walls and boundaries that separate us?  Imagine replacing all governments with a tribunal of elders who worked in the best interests of humanity?  THIS is the New World Order that needs to be implemented.

The first thing we would need to do is to change the phrase New World Orderto something different such as Luminous version 1.0 or Team Earth.  We do not want to imply any negative vibration associated with the current cabal, so a name change is imperative.  We can call it anything we want, but for this article, Ill call it Luminous v. 1.0

How Will Team Luminous v. 1.0 Be Different?

Here is a brief outline of positive changes that would benefit all of humanity

Replace all government officials with a tribunal of elders who work in our best interests.

There would be no more term elected officials.  If any elder works against the best interests of humanity, he or she will be replaced immediately.  Unlike now, we wont have to wait 2 or 4 years to see the same crap from a different toilet.

The etymology of government is repulsive.  The word govern means to control and the word ment (as in mental) relates to the mind, hence,the word government means to control the mind.

Adopt a Common Language

As we become a Type 1 Civilization, we should probably adopt a common language, which will help to end all barriers between people.  This will help to facilitate the communication process between all people of various cultures.

Replace All Main Stream media With Honest Programming and Networks

Imagine watching TV without any bias from the main stream media?  Imagine if the programs were honestly and intellectually stimulating?  Similar to any elder, if a television network or program is not in the best interests of humanity, then it would be eliminated as well.

On a side note, the word program should be either eliminated or replaced.  Todays TV is exactly what it says: programming your mind.

Release All Suppressed Inventions That Will Benefit Humanity

In 1893, Nikola Tesla powered the Chicago Worlds fair on his free energy system.  His financier, J.P. Morgan asked Tesla, How do we charge people for this?  Tesla answered, You dont, its free.  Morgan believed that he who controls the energy, controls the people so he ended up suppressing this idea.  For the last 100+ years, we should have been using Teslas free energy system.

In 1913, Morgan was one of the founders of the Federal Reserve Act , which is a law written by bankers, for bankers, that was voted through a corrupt American government.  Because the U.S. dollar is the common monetary unit used in international trade, the Federal Reserve affects everyone.

In 1988, Stanley Meyer invented a water powered car that could go from New York to California on only 22 gallons of water.  It could be Any type of water; sea, tap, rain, compressed snow, etc..  Meyer was offered $1 Billion dollars by the automotive industry, but turned it down because he wanted his invention to benefit all of humanity.  Shortly afterwards, he was poisoned to death.

These are only a couple examples and there are many more such as zero point energy, back engineered UFO technology and anti-gravity patents.  We, as a society, have been kept enslaved to the banksters, who have taken away our true, divine purpose of being here and replaced it with the need to become economically successful while wallowing in ego and materialism.

Eliminate the Need for Money

Reduce Pollution to its Lowest Level

Mother Earth is our literal bloodline.  If she dies, we die.  There needs to be a more concentrated effort is maintaining a balance between the earth and all of her inhabitants, including humans, plants, animals and trees.  A significant reduction in pollution would greatly benefit all living organisms.

Use Existing Technologies to Benefit Mankind

Monsanto has developed its Frankenfood that delivers minimal nutrition while affecting our DNA on many levels..  Imagine if this technology was used in the best interests of humanity?  What if there was a tomato that had the gene of a North Atlantic Salmon and could grow in any climate?  Imagine if that tomato was 3x as nutritious and even more flavorful? 

Develop an Abundant Society for Everyone

Most of society will be automated and there will be no more work as we know it, so there will be abundance for all.

Replace All Laws with Universal Laws

With an abundant society that coexists without money, there is no longer the stress, motivation or desire to harm others, so all laws would be replaced with the Universal Laws:

Create an Extraterrestrial Welcoming Committee

The United Nations has developed a welcoming council to potentially greet any extraterrestrial visitors.  If you trace the history of the U.N., youll find that it was founded by John Rockefeller.

Some even believe we (the Rockefeller family) are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as internationalists and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure one world, if you will. This council would also be renamed and replaced with Luminous v. 1.0 Ambassadors who will promote peace with other star nations.

These are just a few ideas, but Im sure there are plenty more.  We are entering into a new age of humanity, Luminous v. 1.0, where we will officially become a Type 1 Civilization.  This is why there are so many UFO sightings right now:  theyre here to welcome us as their galactic neighbors!  Dont buy into the fear propaganda about how these ETs are malevolent.  If that were true, then surely, they would have decimated us by now.  UFOs have been well documented all throughout history, dating back to at least 25,000+ years ago.  They have been eagerly awaiting this moment with joy and bliss for us.  Its like watching your child graduate kindergarten.

The time is NOW!

Right now, we are building the framework for the Golden Age.  We are the warriors that dared to be different!  Simply through thought and intention, we are already changing society into Luminous v. 1.0.  Perhaps well develop telepathic abilities that will transcend the need to use a common language? Maybe, our galactic neighbors will introduce us to new technologies?  Either way, we still need to remain focused on today while envisioning our future in a positive light.

A Herpes Cure I Wish

Herpes is a condition that is plaguing the world for hundreds of years. I say afflicting because like HIV, there is no cure for herpes. This virus is generally transmitted through sexual activity. Herpes is a hard virus to research (i.e. finding a herpes cure), due to its dormant nature. The herpes simplex virus manifests in the form of outbreaks.

Outbreaks of herpes are lesions that can be found on the genitals or around the pubic areas. When the outbreaks are finished the virus lies dormant in the nerves, normally until your immune system gets lowered by stress or sickness, causing another outbreak. This is why it is not easy to find a cure for herpes, it does not live in the cells it hides in the nerves when dormant.

A Cure For Herpes Research

Scientists are working hard to try to find a herpes cure. As of now the only form of medication is that which helps suppress the herpes outbreaks as well as topical treatments to kill the virus once it does make an appearance.

Many people wonder if the medical industry is actually making any progress to find a cure for herpes. In reality herpes is going to be very hard to cure, because it is a virus. Typically we have to rely on our bodies to suppress these viruses. So when talking about herpes, when our bodies go to fight the infection, the virus retreats back into the nerve endings and lies dormant. It is safe there from attacks by the immune system , and the only time that herpes is made known again is when another herpes outbreak occurs.

Just using some good old fashioned level-headedness will help to protect you from infection. Always have protected sex. This won't protect you 100% but will help in most cases.

Oral sex will also spread the herpes virus. By using a condom you will prevent the transmission of herpes in this manner. It is simple to do and whilst it is not a herpes cure, it will at least prevent you from contracting or spreading the herpes virus
